Title of lecture:
Full mouth rehabilitation with tilted implants –where do we stand now

Full-mouth rehabilitation using tilted implants has become a transformative approach in dental implantology, addressing complex cases involving severe bone loss and edentulism. This state-of-the-art technique leverages angulated implant placement to maximize existing bone while avoiding critical anatomical structures, such as the maxillary sinus and mandibular nerve, reducing the need for invasive grafting procedures.

This lecture will  provide an overview of the current state of the art in the field, focusing on clinical outcomes, biomechanical considerations, and patient-centered benefits. The tilted implant concept, first introduced with protocols like All-on-4®, has demonstrated high success rates, efficient load distribution, and excellent prosthetic stability. Modern advancements include improved imaging techniques, such as cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), and computer-guided implant surgery, which enhance precision and predictability.
